Authorized use

You may use Prysmatic Connections only if you are authorized to grant Prysmatic read-only access to the selected client reporting resource. You must provide accurate information, keep secure links and provider credentials confidential, and comply with the applicable Google, Microsoft, and other provider terms.

Connected services

Prysmatic Connections lets an authorized user connect Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, or Microsoft Clarity for client reporting and optimization services. Provider authorization occurs through the provider’s own consent or token process. Prysmatic does not request permission to change provider accounts through these V1 connections.

Third-party providers control their services, APIs, quotas, and availability. Their changes may delay or interrupt imports. You remain responsible for the accuracy of the selected resource and for maintaining the provider access needed to deliver the requested service.

Security and prohibited activity

You may not probe, disrupt, bypass, reverse engineer, automate abuse of, or attempt unauthorized access to Prysmatic’s systems or another client’s information. Do not place credentials or secure invitation links in public channels. Notify Prysmatic at info@prysmaticagency.com if you suspect misuse.

Client data and confidentiality

Each party will handle confidential information under the applicable client agreement. Prysmatic will use connected reporting data to provide the requested services, operate and secure the connection, and meet legal obligations, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Availability and changes

Prysmatic may maintain, update, suspend, or retire connection functionality to protect security, respond to provider changes, or improve the service. We may update these terms and will post the revised date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

Disclaimers and responsibility

Unless a signed client agreement states otherwise, Prysmatic provides the website and connection utility on an “as available” basis. Reporting data may be delayed, incomplete, sampled, thresholded, or affected by provider limits. Business decisions should account for those limitations.

Liability, warranties, indemnities, payment terms, dispute resolution, and governing law for paid client services are governed by the applicable signed client agreement. Nothing in these terms limits rights or obligations that cannot legally be limited.

Termination and contact

You may stop future imports by asking Prysmatic to disconnect the source and, where applicable, revoking access with Google or Microsoft. Prysmatic may suspend access needed to address security, misuse, legal requirements, or the end of a client engagement. Questions may be sent to info@prysmaticagency.com.
